  So Addicting Collection is based out of Mississippi.

• How long is processing and shipping?

  We try to get all apparel orders placed Monday through Friday before 1PM CST shipped out same day. If an apparel order is placed after 1PM CST, it will be shipped the following business day. All apparel orders should be received within 2-3 business days once shipped.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

• Can I check the status of my order?

  Yes! You will be updated via email or text (whichever method you chose while checking out) once your order has shipped. You can also check on the site when logging in your account.

• Can I change my order?

  Please make sure that your address and order is accurate before completing the order. If your order has shipped, it cannot be adjusted. If your order is still processing it can be adjusted. Contact us asap if there is an issue with your order via email.
